Welcome to our apartment rental service. Before proceeding with your booking, we ask that you carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:
1. General terms:
Flammable materials, weapons, medicines and any element dangerous to the life and health of people cannot be stored.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to have animals, reptiles, insects and birds, without the consent of the administration.
It is prohibited to accommodate more people than those declared in the reservation.
Parents are fully responsible for the behavior and actions of their minor children. The administration is not responsible for the health and safety of children on the territory of the apartment.
Guests must treat the apartment property with care and comply with the cleanliness and order.
Pollution of the area is prohibited.
Before turning on the electric kettle, check if there is water inside.
Do not leave electrical heating appliances unattended.
When leaving the apartment, turn off the lights and air conditioning.
Do not use the air conditioning with windows and doors open.
In case of damage to the property, guests will reimburse the cost of the damage. People invited by the main guest are also responsible for damages caused.
Do not leave children, animals, personal or valuable items unattended (the administration is not responsible).
It is prohibited to take goods out of the apartment (tables, chairs, mattresses, blankets, towels, bedspreads, bedding, etc...).
All access elements (bracelets, keys, magnets, cards, etc...) that are given to you to be able to use the facilities will be considered part of the apartment and as such must be taken care of and returned upon departure. Failure to return any of these elements will result in a payment of up to €50 per unit.
Do not leave the keys in the apartment or at the back of the lock if you are about to leave, the doors slam automatically.
2. Reservations and Payments:
All reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our online platform or by direct contact with our customer service team.
Full rental payment is due one week prior to check-in date. Payments are accepted by cash (with a maximum of €1000), credit/debit card or bank transfer.
3. Coexistence Rules:
We reserve the right of admission and are committed to maintaining a calm and respectful environment for all our guests.
Parties or events are not allowed in our apartments.
Noise is not allowed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Any type of disturbance or excessive noise that disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighborhood may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
THE USE OF MUSIC OR SHOW IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.
USE AND SALE OF MEDICINES AND ACTIONS RELATED TO PROSTITUTION. THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED.
4. Electricity Consumption:
For stays of 29 days or more, an additional charge for electricity consumption will apply. This charge will be calculated based on actual consumption and will be collected in cash monthly at our office.
5. Security Deposit/Occupancy Deposit:
A security deposit will be required at check-in to cover any damage caused to the apartment during your stay.
The deposit required to occupy the apartment can vary between €300 and €500, depending on the number of people staying there.
We reserve the right to charge the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking for any damage that may occur to the apartment after your stay if you book through the website and do not leave a deposit before entering.
6. Pets:
Small pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg are allowed, with prior authorization and subject to availability of pet-friendly apartments.
For guests bringing pets, an additional deposit of €300 will be required at check-in, which will be refundable at the end of the stay, subject to inspection of the apartment.
The security deposit for stays with pets can vary between €300 and €500, depending on the apartment and specific conditions.
7. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation policies will apply as established in the reservation. Refunds will be subject to these policies and at the discretion of management.
By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Los datos permanecerán en nuestros ficheros durante el tiempo que dure la relación comercial. Asimismo, podrán ser cedidos a terceros para cumplir con obligaciones legales o en los casos que se indican en la Política de Privacidad.
Como objeto del tratamiento, usted tiene derecho a ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad y oposición por correo postal, dirigiéndote a nuestra sede en Av.
